You can now import reviews from Tripadvisor & Booking.com for your business

Simply head over to "My Testimonials" -> "Add/Import Testimonial" -> Select Tripadvisor/Booking review -> Paste the link to your business page on the platform

And voila you'll get all the reviews in one place

Sometimes a picture says a thousand words.

Your customers can now express how much they like your product/service with just a picture and with the "Send an Image" option on your collection page, they'd be able to upload the image along with a caption

The testimonial collected this way will still appear in your "Collected testimonials" tab

It could be what customers loved the most, or the pain points you helped solve and even actionable insights on how you can improve positioning and marketing based on your customer's voice

To use it head to your testimonial wall -> Customer Pulse Insights tab

You can now enable AI powered review summary on your widgets.

Once this is enabled, all your testimonials are analyzed a summary is generated which contains positive aspects mentioned by your customers in testimonials and it's phrased in such a way that it convinces potential visitors to convert & buy from you

To enable it head to your Testimonial Widget Tab -> Widget Settings -> Enable Review Summary Overview on Widgets

Now in your widget settings, you can change the "Load More" text so that it displays a different text if you have enabled pagination on your widgets

Testimonial Image Generator just got a glow up.

Now there are plenty of designs and layouts to choose from to create testimonial images that can be shared on social media

Simply head over to "My Testimonials" tab inside your testimonial wall and then click on "Generate Image" on any testimonial.

Customize the settings and download the testimonial image to share on social media with ease

Customers will most of the time want to write you a testimonial, but refrain from doing so if they feel it might take some effort

That's why we've always focused on simplifying the testimonial submission process so that you get more testimonials

This new feature is a massive step in that direction.

Once you enable the AI composer assistant in the testimonial collection page, and your users get to the "Send Text Testimonial" option, they can type answers to your questions or record the answers quickly with their voice

The composer assistant then crafts a testimonial, which they can redo multiple times and submit once they like it

When users select text testimonial on the testimonial collection page, they are now shown a 2-step modal

In the first step they have the questions displayed on top and then a separate text box for writing text testimonial

And then in the next step, they are shown the fields collection page where they enter their personal details

This makes it easy for users to write a testimonial without having to lookup testimonial questions

Remember that you could tag testimonials by categories on the Testimonial Home Page.

Well now you can make those categories show up in the wall of fame page.

When testimonials are tagged by categories and then you toggle "Display categories on wall of fame page" toggle as you can see in the image, the categories would show up on top

Your users can then click on any particular category and they'd see the corresponding testimonials on that category

You can now quickly import App store reviews, google play store reviews and airbnb reviews simply by pasting the link to your store
