You can now choose and upload the video thumbnails of your liking for video testimonials
And this thumbnail would be displayed on your videos across widgets, wall of fame pages etc.
This should allow you to add more customization so that the thumbnails suit your brand
You can add new categories globally to all testimonial walls and even delete them from the new categories dashboard
You can then use these categories to manage testimonials and also display them in widgets

We've taken customization one step further with your wall of fame pages
You can now add custom banner in the hero section of your wall of fame images to make your wall of fame page look even sleek
This is available for all wall of fame page types other than the simple wall of fame
You can find it under "Wall of Fame Header" panel in your dashboard

Some customers can be a bit shy and they might not want to record a video testimonial
Now we have an option to accommodate them. You can simply head over to your collection page settings -> Turn on "Audio testimonial" and fully customize how you want the page to look
Once customers record and submit an audio testimonial, you can add it to your wall which would play a waveform
From now on, not just the admin of the Famewall account, but also your team members would receive the email notifications when you receive new text/video testimonials
Your team members can choose to turn them off anytime in their settings page
No more need of having to manually copy testimonial collection page settings, wall of fame page/widget settings from one wall to another
Now there is the duplication option which lets you instantly copy all the settings to another wall
You can now quickly reorder your testimonials such that the testimonials are sorted in descending order of recency or ascending order
This is useful when you have a lot of testimonials and want your customers to view by the most recent or the oldest testimonial
We've launched Review Schema Snippets as a new feature which is an embed code that you can copy and paste on your website
Simply head over to your testimonial wall -> Click on "Review Schema Snippet" tab -> Copy the embed code -> Paste it on <head> section of your website
In 2-4 weeks, search engines like Google will start showing your testimonial ratings when users search for your website and build trust with potential customers
This is available on all paid plans
You can now modify the placeholders in your collection page in case you want to guide your customers with custom placeholders
